About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Factory Hand to join our Sheet Metal Workshop at Letchford Engineering Pty Ltd in Mona Vale, New South Wales. To be suited to this role you must have prior experience in working with sheet metal and guillotines and enjoy repetitive work. This is a full-time position that will see you play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the production and assembly of sheet metal components and products

Operating various machinery to cut, shape, and fabricate metal parts

Performing quality checks on finished products using digital calipers

Supporting the wider manufacturing team as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar factory or workshop environment, preferably in the sheet metal manufacturing industry

Familiarity with the safe use of guillotines and press brakes

Prior welding experience is desirable

Candidate with current forklift license and full working rights

A keen eye for detail and good communication skills

A positive, hardworking, and reliable attitude
