Conduct and manage geotechnical construction inspections for footings, earthworks, retaining structures, shoring, and pavements;
Provide technical advice and clarification to contractors and site personnel;
Review construction plans and ensure compliance with geotechnical design recommendations;
Prepare geotechnical inspection reports and communicate findings clearly;

Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements and timelines are met; and
Participating in business development activities, including identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
About the Candidate:
3–5 years of geotechnical engineering experience in consulting;
Strong experience in geotechnical construction phase services and field inspections;
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload;
Demonstrated experience in mentoring or guiding junior staff;
Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills;
White Card (Construction Induction) required; and
Australian residency or valid working rights required (NSW-based applicants preferred)
