About the Role

The HR Transformation Project Manager (12 month fixed term) will manage the HR Transformation project initiatives to deliver the SAP SuccessFactors Implementation. The Project Manager will be responsible for project issues, risks and quality ensuring deliverables are completed on time, on budget, to quality standards, and within agreed scope. This role will also include managing project resources and regularly communicating with key stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure project outcomes are met.

Key responsibilities will include:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of HR transformation projects, including SAP SuccessFactors.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver successful outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.

Provide strategic guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the transformation journey.

Ensure compliance with global HR standards and data privacy regulations.

About you

To be successful in this position, you will have:

Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional/business experience, with a preference for a master’s degree.

Certification in a Project Management methodology (PRINCE2 or PMBOK) is highly desirable.

Demonstrated experience in successfully managing end-to-end HR transformation projects, including SAP SuccessFactors.

Demonstrated experience leading major transformation projects.

Demonstrated understanding and application of waterfall or agile project methodologies and associated change and financial management disciplines.

Experience in preparing and presenting exceptional and professional project management reporting and briefing materials for senior management.

Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects at the same time.

FRV’s standard practice is to appoint at the base of the salary range, however consideration will be given to an above base salary within the advertised range based on the successful candidate’s skills and experience.
