With an excellent reputation amongst their employees, this very successful civil engineering construction company has an incredible pipeline of confirmed work on some of the biggest and iconic land development and subdivision projects across all the Perth regions.
The role will see you responsible for overseeing, planning, scheduling, and offering support to your team on site, and ensuring the entire scope of works are carried out professionally and safely. The role is very well supported by the Project Manager and a Contract Administrator allowing the Supervisor to be focused on the core function of their role.

Experience Required:

• 1+ years of experience working as a Supervisor on land development, drainage or road construction projects
• Good understanding of the land subdivision process, including planning, scheduling and delivery of projects.
• Must be able to read and interpret drawings
• Effective and articulate communication skills
• Must hold a current manual driver license.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical.
