We're currently seeking experienced Supervisors to lead civil crews across a range of infrastructure projects, including bulk earthworks, pipeline installations, and road construction. These roles are critical to ensuring our clients' projects run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities across earthworks, pipelines, and/or road projects

Manage crew performance and productivity, ensuring work is completed to quality and safety standards

Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and site managers to maintain program timelines

Ensure compliance with OH&S policies and environmental management plans

Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and site inspections

Track progress and report on project milestones and resource usage

Provide input on scheduling, planning, and material requirements

Requirements

Previous experience in a civil construction supervisory role, ideally across multiple disciplines (pipelines, earthworks, roads)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to interpret plans, project schedules, and specifications

White Card + relevant tickets/licenses (excavator, pipe laying, driving license etc.)

Sound knowledge of safety standards and QA processes

• Cert III/IV in Civil Construction Supervision or equivalent
