Due to ongoing project wins, we’re seeking a Supervisor with experience in drainage, earthworks, and roadworks for subdivision projects. You’ll be overseeing site operations, managing teams, scheduling works, and ensuring safe, high-quality delivery — all with strong support from an experienced Project Manager and Contract Administrator.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum 1 year of site supervision experience on civil subdivision projects
✅ Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage and roads in a land development context
✅ Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
✅ Solid planning, scheduling and communication skills
✅ Manual driver’s license essential
✅ Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
