Our client in the international freight forwarding industry, require and experienced Air & Sea Export Coordinator, located in Botany.

Daily Requirements:

• Liaise with customers to understand their freight requirements and provide tailored solutions
• MUST have Cargowise system experience
• Process bookings, track shipments, and provide regular updates to customers
• Coordinate with carriers, airlines, and other logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of freight
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to freight movements
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the freight forwarding process
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our freight forwarding operations

About you!

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or operations role within the freight forwarding industry
• MUST have a strong understanding of sea and air freight logistics, including knowledge of shipping documentation, customs regulations, and carrier requirements
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Strong knowledge of Cargowise system essential
• A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
