Join a leading medium-sized freight forwarder and take charge of your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment. We are currently seeking an experienced Export Operator to handle both Air and Sea Export operations, from booking to final destination.

About the Role

This is a customer-facing position where you’ll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end export process. Working closely with international and domestic carriers, clients, and internal teams, your day-to-day will include:

• Coordinating and managing the full export process – from customer liaison to departure.
• Working in a supportive team to achieve company goals
• Handling bookings with international and local carriers.
• Preparing all required documentation in compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, service providers, and overseas agents.
• Troubleshooting and resolving export-related issues in a timely manner.
• Accurately inputting data and manage job flow through CargoWise One.
• Financial literacy, including invoice calculations and job costing.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in export processes.
• Completing general administrative duties as needed.

About You

• Proven experience in an export freight forwarding (air and/or sea) role is essential.
• A strong grasp of export logistics processes and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in CargoWise One – a must-have for this role.
• High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Confidence in communicating with clients and global stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset and a strong team player attitude.
