This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to advance their career in hospitality management. As the 2IC Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager, playing a crucial role in the day-to-day operations, guest experience and long-term success of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing venue operations, ensuring a high standard of service.
Work collaboratively with the team to implement strategies that enhance customer experience.
Uphold high standards of service, presentation, and product offerings.
Drive financial performance, including budget management and cost control.
Contribute to staff training and development, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Provide leadership and support across various shifts, including a mix of days and nights.
What we are looking for:
Ideally someone who lives in the local area or is committed to move to Wagga Wagga.
A candidate who is looking for a long term position with potential to grow within the company.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
A coachable individual with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Flexibility in work schedule, comfortable working both day and night shifts.
RSA, RCG & ARCG certifications are required.
