Responsibilities

We require a skilled, motivated and experienced Account Receivable officer to join an established company that is making waves. Great team and environment

The ideal candidate should show initiative and will be responsible for:

General administration and filing

Bank reconciliation

Follow up outstanding accounts with clients/customers

Accounts payable/ receivable

Allocate payments when received.

Reconcile and amend payments.

Process and prepare banking daily.

Liaise and provide support to all staff for accounts related matters

Attendance support

Customer account reconciliations, including major accounts

Debt collection calls - following up overdue payments and aged debtor.

Prepare reports and charts upon request

Preparing end of year reports

Other general accounts and finance tasks as required

Ad hoc duties as required

Intercompany reconciliations AR/AP/Bank account

New customer account applications credit checks and monitoring via Creditor Watch and Trade Reference checks.

Reporting as required

Cash flow

Other Accounts related matters

Your Schedule

Working hours: 40 hour working week.

Location: Milperra NSW

Qualifications

Previous AR experience

Experience with MYOB

Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills

Ability to work independently
