Main responsibilities include:
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients, ensuring long-term retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance market.
• Provide tailored insurance solutions, collaborating with underwriters and stakeholders.
• Assist with complex claims, advocating for fair outcomes for clients.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.

The ideal candidate:
• Experience in sales, client service, account management, or insurance (preferred).
• Strong negotiation and sales skills with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of insurance products and financial services (preferred).
• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or willingness to obtain.
