Talent International is searching for an experienced AV Project Officer to join our Queensland Government client based in Brisbane CBD on an initial 6-month contract with potential for extension.

The Role:
You'll be part of the Court Technology Renewal (CTR) team supporting the rollout and quality assurance of audio visual (AV) technologies across Queensland courts. This includes AV installations, testing, training, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring systems meet standards and facilitate modern courtroom functionality.

Responsibilities:
// Undertake QA testing of AV installations across Queensland
// Provide training to judiciary and court staff on new AV systems
// Support minor AV/IT installations and AV Supplier commissioning
// Prepare and review technical documentation, layout plans, and vendor proposals
// Investigate and resolve technical issues; contribute to new designs
// Maintain project and financial documentation in accordance with policy
// Build effective working relationships with suppliers and stakeholders

Requirements:
// Experience in AV installation, engineering design or AV project delivery
// Familiarity with Cisco VC, AMX control systems, Biamp DSPs, and AV networking
// Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
// Ability to travel throughout Queensland and work occasional weekends
// Previous government experience desirable but not essential
