Our client (a large metro council with big transformation energy) is knee-deep in rolling out a major Technology One ERP (OneCouncil) project. This isn’t your run-of-the-mill comms role—think: change adoption, system comms, internal campaign strategy, cross-team chaos wrangling, and SharePoint wizardry.

They're after a Project Communications Officer to be the voice of the project—developing and delivering internal communications, engagement artefacts, and training support to bring the workforce along on the digital journey.
�� You’ll be doing things like:

• Crafting comms strategies and plans that make ERP sound… not terrifying
• Partnering with Change + Training teams to roll out messaging that sticks
• Managing intranet content, newsletters, digital screens, and inboxes like a boss
• Developing artefacts, toolkits, briefing packs and engagement activities
• Helping frontline leaders land key messages with clarity and confidence
• Making SharePoint and internal comms platforms work harder than ever
• Supporting training teams with clear, user-friendly materials
• Reporting on impact and finding good-news stories to boost morale

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience delivering comms for large change/transformation projects
• Can write like a human, even about systems
• Is quick, collaborative, and thrives in fast-moving environments
• Loves strategy, but also rolls up their sleeves for content delivery
• Knows their way around intranets, internal campaigns, and digital channels
• Has a relevant tertiary qualification (Comms, PR, etc.)
• Can start soon and is happy to commit until Sept
• Has valid working rights in Oz

• Day rate $450–$490 + super
• Contract until Sept 2025
