About the Role

The role of the ICT Project Officer is to assist our clients organisational projects and initiatives by providing vital support to the Telephony Replacement project team, helping to gather the necessary information required as input for the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the project team with data collection, analysis and conducting surveys with identified stakeholders as needed
• Support in the development of any reports as necessary
• Support the identification and analysis of a range of data

Experience Required

• Practical experience supporting business operations, project management or change management initiatives (Desirable)
• Experience in local government-related frameworks and solutions (Desirable)
• Experience liaising with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Exceptional team and stakeholder management, leveraging outstanding interpersonal, communication and emotional intelligence skills
• Strong project support skills, including effective coordination and organisational abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and collecting defined information.
• Have a driver’s license and access to personal vehicle
