The Role
We are seeking a Migration Agent who excels in using digital tools and systems while appreciating the benefits of periodic in-person collaboration. If you enjoy working in a tech-enabled environment and are eager to meet with your colleagues in person to strengthen the team’s synergy, this role is for you. You’ll be expected to follow established processes, engage with our advanced systems, and contribute to both virtual and in-person teamwork. This contractor position offers high earning potential - OTE $175K+ annually based on output.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage visa applications efficiently using our digital case management systems, ensuring decision-ready applications.
Navigate Skylark’s advanced tech stack to streamline processes and improve client outcomes.
Adapt quickly to new tools and technologies, integrating them into your workflow seamlessly.
Attend in-office meeting, strategy and training days, strengthening team collaboration and driving continuous growth.
Take direction and follow internal processes to maintain consistency and high standards in client service.
Collaborate remotely with the team, while building relationships through in-person meetings aimed at development and innovation.
Key Requirements:
Expertise in Partner Visas, Skills Assessments, GSM, and Employer Sponsored visas. Experience with other Family Visas, Temporary visas and Visitor visas will be highly regarded.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Migration Agent.
Melbourne-based and able to attend:
1 in-office day per week for meetings
Occasionally in-person for training and strategy days
Valid professional indemnity insurance and an Australian Business Number (ABN).
Current OMARA registration and a commitment to ongoing professional development (CPD).
Digitally proficient and adept at learning new tools and systems quickly.
Comfortable working remotely with a strong ability to follow digital workflows, while enjoying periodic in-person team meetings.
Ability to follow clear instructions and processes while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Strong communication skills to engage effectively with team members and clients in both virtual and in-person environments.
High integrity, ethical conduct, and client confidentiality.
