Responsibilities:

· Site Supervision: Conduct inspections of our building sites reviewing all aspects of the project both pre-production and post installation to ensure successful completion of works on time and within budget to the highest standard possible.

· Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous QC protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal benchmarks.

· Assist in Installations: When required, assist in the completion of installations, particularly on large projects and urgent jobs.

· Client Engagement: Handle direct client interactions (Builder Site Supervisors) with a focus on advice and guidance for clients on site readiness for installation as well as post installation communications

· Team Collaboration: Interface with fabricators and technical sales team for seamless project execution.

· Problem Identification & Resolution: Acutely identify and document deviations, implementing immediate corrective actions.

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess advanced skills in site supervision, residential construction processes and be willing to learn Westsides product installation methods. Experience in the installation of fences, gates, and balustrading, with additional background in carpentry a bonus. Technical proficiency with specialised installation and measuring tools, high-level communication capabilities, and a rigorous approach to safety and quality are essential.
