About the Role
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Web/Apps Project Manager to join our team on a part-time basis — just 2 days per week. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who can confidently manage small to mid-sized digital projects across websites, mobile apps, and internal platforms. You’ll work closely with designers, developers, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects run smoothly from scoping to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of web and mobile app projects

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, stakeholders)

Manage timelines, budgets, and client expectations

Translate business requirements into clear project plans and user stories

Identify risks and resolve roadblocks to keep projects on track

Report regularly on progress and key milestones

About You

3+ years of digital project management experience (web/app delivery)

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Solid understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies

Comfortable using tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, Asana or similar

Based in Sydney with the ability to meet in person when required

Self-starter who thrives in a flexible, part-time environment

Bonus Points For

Experience in an agency or consulting environment

Exposure to CMS platforms, APIs, or mobile app development cycles
