Our client is experiencing ongoing growth and is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Receptionist to join their team! They are looking for someone who brings energy and excitement to the role every day, with strong multi-tasking skills and a positive attitude.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact, you will manage all inbound calls and also ensure any queries or inquiries are dealt with promptly. Work closely with multiple departments and be extremely adaptable when you have multiple priorities.

• Permanent position with the Education industry
• Directing phone calls and emails to appropriate staff members
• Manage queries in a timely manner
• Meet and greet people on site
• Follow up any outstanding inquiries
• Help with communication sent out to pupils' parents
• Loo after office stock and orders
• Ad-hoc duties upon request
• Administration Duties

Skills and Experience:

• Exceptional multi-tasking and organisational skills
• Must have previous reception experience
• Experience working within the Education industry is desirable but not necessary
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Demonstrate strong initiative
• Strong customer service skills
