Skills Required:

12 months travel industry experience (preferred)

Strong technological skills (MS Excel, Word and Outlook)

Great customer service

Ski Experience (preferred)

Strong ability to work independently but also as part of a team

Driven to achieve goals and sales targets set by management

Excellent time management

High attention to detail

Strong initiative and motivation to business develop through active leads

Passion for snow and adventure travel!

The Role

Work alongside skilled group specialists to build group itineraries, liaise with suppliers, ongoing file maintenance, accounting and documentation. You will be provided your own portfolio and business development tools to continue developing your network and progression within the team.

Further opportunities to send school groups to worldwide destinations and tailor make itineraries in the non-ski market will allow you to step outside the box with travel planning. Operational skills and high attention to detail are essential, active lead calling is required to develop your business, therefore a passion for sales and confidence in talking travel will be beneficial. You will be supported from the onset and given the time to build the skills necessary to begin your career in the group travel sector. Please note that different focuses of tasks depend on the time of the year, therefore you will be learning all aspects of the role as your time in the company progresses.
