The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join the dynamic team at Jolong Window & Door Systems Australia. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting support to ensure the smooth day-to-day financial operations of the organisation. As an Assistant Accountant, you will contribute to the overall financial health and success of Jolong Window & Door Systems Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records

Process accounts accounts receivable transactions

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls

Other tasks assigned by the team leader

What We're Looking For

Tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in an Assistant Accountant or similar role

Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
