• Daily update of accounts receivable for the company’s headquarters and all showrooms
• Collaborate with the logistics and sales departments to confirm payment collection prior to shipment
• Collect and review employee reimbursement documents, and submit them for further approval through the company’s OA system
• Assist accounting firms with monthly and annual tax filings
• Complete other tasks assigned by company leadership or team leaders
