Covemade is a well-established Sydney based construction company established in 2001 seeking a reliable and hardworking skilled labourer to join our team.

This role is an all-rounder position, with onsite residential experience essential.

You will be assisting with general labouring duties across our Sydney based sites with current projects in Sydney's North Shore.

Job requirements:

5 day working week

Ability to assist in manual labour

Strong verbal communication skills

Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

A commitment to maintaining our company values

Ability to operate in a punctual, courteous and business-like manner while maintaining a ‘can do attitude’

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general labouring duties such as site cleanup, materials handling, and equipment preparation

Operate power tools and machinery under supervision

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Help with site maintenance and safety inspections

Assist in the collection and the preparation of materials and work areas

Ongoing care of company and client assets

Skills Required:

To be successful in this role you must possess the following:

General Construction Induction Card (White Card)

Ideally have previous labouring experience in residential construction projects.

Reliable transport and driver’s license

The ability to undertake and pass a Pre-employment medical that includes a Drug and Alcohol test.
