We’re on the lookout for a skilled and reliable Residential Construction Labourer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work across multiple sites in some of Sydney’s most sought-after suburbs – from the Eastern Suburbs to the Inner City.

About the Role:

Working closely with the Site Manager and tradespeople, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations across residential construction projects. This hands-on role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to contribute to quality home builds across several active sites.

Key Responsibilities:

General site labour: material handling, site cleaning, and basic construction tasks

Trade assisting across various disciplines

Assisting the Site Manager with monitoring and maintaining site safety and organisation

Helping coordinate daily site activities under direction from the Site Manager

Ensuring all worksites are kept clean, safe, and running efficiently

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential construction – essential

Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card)

Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour

Reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence

Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions

A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work well in a team
