Our client is established, respected and professional organisation that is highly engaged with the community. They are seeking a motivated MR Driver/Labourer to add to their collaborative team.

The MR Driver/Labourer position is a dual-role opportunity that combines driving responsibilities with hands-on labour tasks. The ideal candidate will be versatile, able to transport materials, such as hot/cold mix, for road maintenance projects.

As an MR Driver/Labourer, you will be responsible for safely operating a Medium Rigid (MR) vehicle, in addition you will take on various labouring tasks, including loading and unloading materials, fixing potholes, and assisting with general site maintenance and perform general physical tasks as needed. This requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

As an MR Driver/Labourer, you may be required to;

• Operate MR vehicles for the transportation of goods.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials.
• Support site operations and general maintenance tasks.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the team.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform manual tasks as required.

What we are looking for in an MR Driver/Labourer;

• Valid MR driver's license.
• Proven driving experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in a labour-intensive role preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
