About the role

Pheonix Builders Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Construction Labourer to join our growing team in Lidcombe, NSW. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our skilled tradespeople, ensuring the smooth and efficient completion of construction projects. If your looking for long term work or a career as a Builder

What you'll be doing

Assisting skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, bricklayers, and electricians with their tasks

Performing general labouring duties, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials

Preparing and cleaning work areas to maintain a safe and organised construction site

Operating basic tools and equipment as directed by the site supervisor

Following all safety protocols and wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Contributing to a positive team environment and collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals

Monday - Saturday 7am - 3:30pm (do not apply if you can not work these hours as 6 days is not negotiable)

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Construction Labourer or in a similar hands-on role

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks

Familiarity with common construction tools and equipment

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
