About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our team at Shamrock Poly Pty Ltd in Hallam, Victoria. This is a part-time role, offering the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Preparing and processing payments, ensuring timely and accurate transactions
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and suppliers
• Collaborating with the finance team to support the overall accounting function

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in an accounts clerk or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Proficient in using accounting software, such as MYOB or Xero
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
• Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate IV in Accounting or a degree in Accounting, would be highly regarded
