We are looking for an experienced highly organised and professional customer service officer with minimum three years of experience in fast-paced retail environments, managing customer phone calls, diary scheduling, and office support. Skilled in multitasking and maintaining efficiency under pressure, ensuring seamless customer service operations. A strong communicator with a friendly and approachable manner, dedicated to providing exceptional service and administrative support to both customers and internal teams.
