We are a family-run, dynamic and innovative business, looking for a new Fitter to join our team.

Working within a small team, you will be responsible for:

- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment

- Diagnostic and troubleshooting mechanical issues

- Participating in project work, machine installations and upgrades

- Fabrication and modification of parts as required

- Maintaining good customer relationships and maintenance records

- Working within team members to ensure a safe and efficient work environment

- Showcasing your critical thinking, technical and quality skillset

We want to hear from you if you have:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter or similar role (must be trade qualified). 3rd and 4th year apprentices welcome to apply.

- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance practices

- Excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting skills

- Commitment to quality workmanship and keen attention to detail

- Ability to work harmoniously within a team environment

- Ability to work autonomously, maintaining a high level of work and trustworthiness when left unsupervised

Advantageous (but not essential):

- Confined space/Working at heights ticket

- Forklift license
