About the Role

As Assistant Manager , you will:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing the venue's operations.
• Lead and motivate the team, ensuring a high degree of service culture.
• Manage all facets of F&B, Gaming, TAB, and Keno operations.
• Oversee staff training and development, promoting a positive and proactive team environment.
• Maintain compliance with legislation, licensing, and workplace health and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a senior management role within a busy hospitality environment.
• The ability to run the venue professionally and independently.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, leading by example to manage and inspire your team.
• Strong knowledge of FOH and BOH operations.
• Proficiency in Office and stock control systems.
• Current Qld RMLV, RSA, RSG licenses, and relevant gaming experience.
