Our client provides specialist tutoring in Literacy & Numeracy across two busy ACT locations. This newly created role is in the inner north and will suit someone who truly enjoys being busy and providing a great ‘first impression’. The position will be supporting a team of dedicated Tutors who are passionate about providing tailored and multi-sensory tutoring to their students. This is a Monday to Thursday role, working 10.30am to 6.30pm. Salary is pro rata.
Some of your daily tasks will include:
• Meeting and greeting parents/carers, students and visitors.
• Providing quality administrative support to the team.
• Maintaining the database and asset register.
• Invoicing and timesheet management,
• Printing/collating student materials.
• Liaising with parents re: zoom links and scheduling.
• Following up on enquiries.
About You
• 2 years+ experience in a similar role.
• The ability to work autonomously yet be a team player.
• An understanding of the importance of this role to our overall business success.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work, with the solid ability to multi-task.
• Sound knowledge of computer-based systems including Office 365, Xero and Zoom.
• An understanding and commitment to confidentiality.
• The right to work in Australia.
• Current National Police Clearance and Working with Vulnerable People Check (or ability to obtain ASAP).
