Qualifications & Experience
We welcome both experienced window cleaners and those looking for a fresh start!

No experience required—full training provided.

Experienced window cleaners must be adaptable and coachable.

No abseiling required.

First aid training and Work Safely at Heights course provided by the company.

Physically fit and committed to a healthy lifestyle.

Comfortable working on ladders and roofs.

Friendly personality with good social skills, customer service skills, and personal presentation.

Mature, responsible, and reliable.

Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Valid driver’s licence with a clean record.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Residential and commercial window cleaning.

Solar panel cleaning.

Providing excellent customer service.

Quoting jobs and handling card payments.

Driving to and from job sites.

Maintaining and caring for the company van and equipment (including laundry).

Early starts, typically on-site by 7:00 AM or earlier.

Using ladders and poles to access higher windows.

Benefits

3-month probation period with casual employment at the Award Wage. Super & work cover insurance provided.

Transition to full-time employment:

$65,000 annual base salary.

Opportunity to earn up to $250 in weekly performance bonuses (conditions apply).
