About the Role
We’re looking for a Full-Time Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, physical role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a strong work ethic, and wants consistency, flexibility, and respect on the job.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

Exterior window cleaning (traditional & water-fed pole)

Pressure washing and soft washing

Gutter cleaning and roofline clearing

Lifting and handling equipment up to 50kg

Job site setup and pack down

Taking before/after photos and completing reports

Professional communication with clients

What You’ll Need
● Physically fit — must be able to lift up to 50kg
● Confident working with ladders and at heights
● Valid driver’s license (own vehicle a bonus)
● National Police Check (or willing to get one)
● Detail-oriented, reliable, and shows initiative
● Exterior/window cleaning experience preferred

What You’ll Get
● $30–$35/hr + Super
● Full day pay even if you finish early
