Hiroshi our amazing Head Chef is retiring in June 2025 after 8 years of service so we are seeking new talent to take over the reigns. ODORI SUSHI HOUSE PORT DOUGLAS is the premier Japanese Sushi House in the region. We are a high volume boutique Japanese takeaway shop specialising in sushi/nigiri/bento/sashimi and so much more.

The ideal candidate will need to have the experience to run a small team and manage the day to day operations of the kitchen and typically would be MON-FRI 5am-2:30pm.We invite applicants with a partner to apply as we have also a FOH position opening up in JUNE.

We also have a rare 2bdrm Unit in town available for rent for the right applicant.

A minimum 1 year term would be expected by the owners.
