As the Head or Sous chef of one of our regional pubs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the culinary offerings. Your passion for food and dedication to excellence will be evident in every dish you create. Lead, develop and motivate the kitchen brigade to build a strong work culture as part of the team at one our thriving Venues.
Your skills and experience:
Proven experience as a Head or Sous Chef in a busy pub or restaurant environment.
Strong culinary skills with a focus on quality, presentation, creativity and a good speed of service.
Leadership abilities to inspire and mentor all kitchen crew, building strong growth for excellence.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively coordinate kitchen operations.
Sound knowledge of HACCP with a current Food Safety Supervisors Certificate.
