What You’ll Do:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail team

Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business flow

Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising and promotions

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers

Ensure exceptional customer experiences

Implement company policies and maintain compliance

Set pricing, buying plans, and marketing strategies

Promote products and run in-store advertising

Plan and manage the store’s budget

Make sure the store follows all health and safety rules

The ideal candidate should have:

Proven experience (1-2 years) in retail management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Commercial mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of computer skills and inventory management tools

Problem-solver with a can-do attitude

Australian Working Rights

Relevant Education (preferred but not essential)
