Invida Property Management is Australia’s leading co-living property specialist, delivering tailored rental solutions and extraordinary tenant experiences. We're expanding our dynamic WA team and are looking for a reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic Leasing/Field Agent to help us deliver excellence on the ground.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct property viewings and greet prospective tenants professionally

Liaise with tenants and Property Managers to support leasing success

Complete entry, exit, and routine inspection reports (training provided)

Report on property condition and maintenance needs via PropertyMe

Ensure inventory replacements are collected and delivered as needed

Collaborate with Virtual Assistants and PMs to coordinate tasks

Help maintain compliance by posting house rules and upholding standards

Set availability in IRE and attend weekly team meetings and training

✔ Strong phone manner – confident speaking with clients and tenants
✔ Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving business
✔ Team player who thrives on communication and collaboration
✔ Good understanding of current property legislation (WA)
✔ A current A Registration Certificate and full driver’s licence
✔ Experience in property inspections or leasing (preferred)
