As the Store Manager you be responsible for team supervision, motivation and driving sales as well as the administrative functions of the business. Your selling style will be consultative with a flair for building relationships within your store, with your peers and with your clientele in this stunning Warrnambool showroom. Skills & Experiences

• Extensive Retail or Hospitality Management experience essential
• Amazing business and financial acumen
• Experience of managing team sizes of up to 10
• A passion for empowering and inspiring your team
• Proven and successful sales or track record in a fast paced environment
• Results driven, hands-on with the ability to lead from the front... ALWAYS!
• Knowledge or interest in interiors, lighting and home styling advantageous
• Excellent personal presentation with superior communication skills
• Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment when needed
