About the role

Join our dynamic team at Baker Motors' as a Service Advisor in our Albury, NSW location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the repair and maintenance process for our customers' vehicles. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service centre and delivering a seamless experience for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service and repair needs

Scheduling and coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs in a timely manner

Liaising with the service team to provide customers with accurate estimates and timelines

Effectively communicating with customers throughout the repair process

Processing customer payments and maintaining accurate records

Identifying and recommending additional services to enhance the vehicle's performance and longevity

Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and the service team

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities to handle multiple customer requests simultaneously

Proficient in using automotive diagnostic and repair software

A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
