Join Our Team – Office Administrator (Accounts Focus)
Are you a detail-oriented all-rounder with a knack for numbers and smooth operations? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to support our accounts and admin team with a blend of accounts, operations, and general office duties.

You’ll handle day-to-day accounts payable and receivable, supplier and client communications, expense processing, and EFTPOS reconciliations. You'll also assist with Payroll, and provide general operational support.

We're after someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You’ll work in a supportive, close-knit team that values initiative and collaboration.

About the Company
Statewide Home Health Care is a Moorabbin based company, that has been operating since 1992. We stock a broad range of products that includes Independent Living and Rehabilitation Equipment, and Home Care Products.

About the role
You will complete varying accounts and administration duties on a day to day basis at our Moorabbin Base.

Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

Accounts Payable & Receivable (MYOB + Business Systems)

Process supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations

Manage electronic payments and maintain vendor records

Contacting clients about overdue accounts and issuing invoices

Handling incoming calls and resolving account or billing queries

Investigate and resolve discrepancies professionally

Support the admin team with accurate data entry and client follow-ups

General Administration & Accounts Support

Manage vehicle registration and insurance

Process business expenses

Perform daily EFTPOS reconciliations

Upload invoices to various client payment portals

Assist with onboarding new staff and payroll processing

Provide general accounts and operational support across the business

About you:

Highly motivated and results driven.

An ability to communicate confidently, sensitively and professionally.

Strong phone communication skills

A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment.

Proficiency in MS Office with an emphasis on Excel.

Experience with MYOB preferred, but not essential.
