Sidekicker is partnering with top hospitality companies and is looking for passionate and creative Cooks and Chefs to work at in Brisbane and the Gold Coast - you choose.

In this role, you’ll bring your flair for flavour and dedication to excellence to help craft exceptional dining experiences. Your skills and passion for food will be at the heart of everything you do.

What you'll do:

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with menu and culinary standards

Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment

Ensure all food is prepared safely and in accordance with food hygiene regulations

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation

Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control

What you'll have:

Experience in multiple areas of the kitchen such as butchery, poultry, seafood, pastry, salad, canapes, stocks and sauces and/or breakfast

Certificate III or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

A valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check) is highly recommended but not essential
