About this opportunity:

Roti Pies is a fully licensed venue based on Sydney's northern beaches with a unique offering of British Indian Curries encased in Roti pastry that is gaining momentum as a destination venue on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Due to increasing popularity, they are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, well-rounded Cook / Chef that has a passion for Indian and / or Asian cooking in general.

No two days are the same with Roti Pies and this opportunity will give you the chance to apply your genuine interest in Indian style cooking in our bustling fully airconditioned commercial kitchen which focuses on fresh, seasonal, and ethically sourced ingredients, while adding some much-needed spice to daily and weekly specials.

With the colder months approaching we are looking to expand on our already diverse menu and welcome your experience and vigour to be part of our hand picked team.

We are keen to hear from both qualified Chefs and junior Cooks looking for casual OR permanent opportunities and are open to flexible arrangements with up to 5 days per week available.

Roti Pies is a growing business with the hand-made Pies, Roti Pizza’s and weekly curry specials becoming a welcome staple within the Northern Beaches culinary community.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team mentality.

· Be able to think on your feet and be eager to adopt new ideas.

· Have good communication skills / sense of humour.

· Possess valid working rights in Australia and be 18 years or over.

· Live within 45 minutes of North Narrabeen.
