We offer a comprehensive range of services throughout the Greater Brisbane area, including residential and commercial garden maintenance, specialized garden care, excavation, deck and fence construction, retaining walls, and handyman services. We are also a registered NDIS provider.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a valued member of our Property Maintenance team, you will work collaboratively within gardening, handyman, or construction crews on diverse daily tasks. You will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with our loyal customer base and make a tangible difference in their lives through consistent and high-quality service.

A typical day may involve:

Maintaining exceptional presentation of client gardens through skilled pruning, hedge trimming, garden edging, push and ride-on mowing, tree lopping, mulching and planting, rubbish removal, weed control, and turfing.

Operating and maintaining a variety of tools, including lawn mowers, hedgers, and line trimmers.

Performing various handyman tasks, may be required for the right applicant.

For those interested, opportunities may arise to join our construction team, potentially involving the operation of excavators, power tools, and other construction equipment.

About You:

We encourage individuals with a passion for the outdoors, gardening, or construction to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided. Experienced candidates will have the opportunity to lead jobs and teams. Physical fitness and the ability to perform labour-intensive work outdoors are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications and Requirements:

A current driver's license.

Reliable transportation to our TPS office in Munruben (please note that public transport is not readily available).

Appropriate work attire for outdoor environments, including a hi-vis shirt, long pants, a hat, and steel-capped boots.

Experience operating ride-on mowers is highly advantageous.

Experience using power tools and performing tree trimming is highly regarded.

A Medium Rigid (MR) truck license, excavator operation experience, and other related licenses are highly regarded but not essential.
