- Align day-to-day maintenance delivery with long-term lifecycle planning and capital improvement goals
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with both clinical and corporate stakeholders
- Balance hands-on oversight with strategic planning, communication, and team leadership
About You
- Trade-qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulic Services, with demonstrated leadership in facilities and maintenance management
- Assertive, organised, and results-driven, with the confidence to take initiative and make decisions
- Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Proficient in asset management, capital works planning, and strategic resource allocation
- Background in large, complex facilities—particularly within healthcare, government, corrections, or similar sectors—is highly advantageous
- Ready to take ownership and drive meaningful, long-term change across critical infrastructure
- Hold (or able to obtain) a valid Police Check and Working with Children Check
- A current driver’s licence is essential
Why Apply?
