Our client is a highly successful and well established developer, with an extremely impressive track record. They are offering a unique opportunity for a driven and commercially-minded Leasing Executive to work closely (and be mentored) alongside with the Founder & CEO of this highly active and growing property group. With a portfolio spanning commercial, retail, social infrastructure and residential, you’ll gain exposure to hands-on deal-making, strategic asset planning, and relationship-driven negotiations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting and executing retail leasing strategies across a diverse portfolio of retail properties and developments.
• Building relationships with tenants, agents, and key stakeholders to secure high-quality lease deals.
• Attending inspections, preparing proposals, and assisting in lease documentation and reporting.
• Working directly with the Founder & CEO—gaining rare, direct access to senior-level strategy, decision-making, and negotiation training.
• Participating in asset repositioning and leasing campaigns for both new and established sites.

What We’re Looking For:
• 1–5 years' experience in retail/mixed-use leasing (or a related property role like an Assistant Development Manager).
• Passion for property, leasing, and making deals happen.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—confident in dealing with a variety of stakeholders.
• Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn from the best in the business.
• Degree in Property, Business, or related field (preferred but not essential).
