Family Lawyer: 5 years + pae

• They seek to add an Associate to SC level lawyer to the team.

You will be working on children and property matters, from various types of property settlements (conservative to high net worth), financial agreements, (including matters involving companies, trusts, SMSFs, businesses, taxation, disclosure and valuation issues) maintenance and child support, parenting disputes, de-facto and same-sex relationships / marriages, and advice in relation to adoption, surrogacy and same sex and LGBTI families.
