About the Position:

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Family Lawyer with 5–8+ years PAE to join our client’s expanding Family Law team. This role will see you manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, ranging from complex property settlements and parenting disputes to financial agreements and spousal maintenance issues.

This is a role that rewards both autonomy and collaboration—offering flexible work-from-home options and real earning potential with performance-based bonuses. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead and mentor junior lawyers, contribute to the team’s continued success, and help shape the future direction of the practice.

You’ll be supported by a talented team, including Paralegals and Legal Assistants, and have access to well-resourced systems that help you perform at your best.

Key Requirements:

• 5–8+ years PAE in Family Law (private practice essential)
• Demonstrated experience in complex property, parenting, and financial matters
• Strong billing history and ability to meet 5–8 billables per day
• A confident communicator with excellent client management skills
• Proven leadership experience and willingness to mentor junior staff
• Ambitious mindset with a drive to grow within a high-performing team
