The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative / Kitchen Hand at Cafe Toro, you’ll be an essential part of delivering a customer experience like no other. From serving up delicious food to greeting customers with a smile, your goal will be to create an atmosphere where every customer feels valued and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence: Greet every customer with a warm smile and positive attitude, going above and beyond to ensure they have an unforgettable experience. You’ll be the reason they choose Cafe Toro again and again.

Food Preparation: Assist in preparing fresh and tasty food, from sandwiches and wraps to hot meals, all while maintaining quality and consistency.

Team Collaboration: Work together with your team to ensure the cafe runs smoothly, customers are served promptly, and the atmosphere stays upbeat and welcoming.

Cleaning & Hygiene: Keep the kitchen and service areas spotless and ensure food safety standards are always met.

Cash Handling: Operate the register, process payments, and handle cash with accuracy and integrity.
