About the role

Join our friendly team at Dunstan Dental as a full-time Receptionist. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our dental practice, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic.

What you'll be doing

• Warmly greeting and welcoming patients, either in person or over the phone, and managing patient enquiries and bookings
• Maintaining accurate patient records and updating all relevant documentation
• Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and inventory management
• Providing support to the dental team as required, including scheduling appointments and managing the daily schedule
• Promoting a positive and professional image of the practice at all times

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar customer service or receptionist role, ideally within the healthcare or dental industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience to all patients
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently
• A friendly, professional and reliable approach with a genuine desire to provide exceptional patient care
