We seek self-starting, enthusiastic applicants with McDonald's Experience with a Diploma or higher (or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu) to join our team as a full-time Department Manager.
This opportunity is at Kanku Pty Ltd, which owns and runs McDonald’s Rockingham, Woodbridge, Baldivis, North Baldivis, and Secret Harbour.

The successful Applicant will be responsible for the smooth running of the McDonald's store, including providing quality service to the community and to the customers, training, and development of staff. Scheduling of shifts and making sure it meets QSC&V and safety excellent standards as well as store recording and reordering. Handing financial transactions and maintaining efficient production procedures.
Applicants must be prepared to work in a Team Environment, where success is measured by the outcomes delivered by teamwork and training.
Experience
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience is required, including 1-year experience in a management position within a McDonald’s operation.
Qualifications
• Diploma in management or higher qualification or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu; and
• Completion of one or more of the Department Streams Course or equivalent, including the post-class action plan
Examples of outcomes achieved in your teams, including managing staff, profit and loss and customer recovery, are highly recommended.
The successful Applicant must hold a valid work visa or be an Australian Resident.
Packages are based on the Fast-Food Award with allowances for experience + Bonuses when business goals are met or exceeded.
