• Technical Writer - Business Focused

Newly created opportunity for a Technical Writer to contribute to an impactful regulatory project and Operational Transformation Program. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to develop, clear, concise, user-friendly documentation that supports operational processes and compliance requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop standard operating procedures that align with business processes, policies, and regulatory obligations
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather technical knowledge and operational insights.
• Work with risk and compliance teams to document controls and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Ensure documentation is user-friendly, structured, and consistent in format and language.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates to reflect process changes, technology updates, and compliance requirements.
• Support training and onboarding by integrating procedures into training programs and creating supplementary materials such as quick reference guides and visuals
• Maintain a continuous improvement focus, identifying opportunities to enhance process documentation for better efficiency and usability

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, business process mapping, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Visio. Experience with SharePoint or Confluence is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean,
• Six Sigma, or BPM is advantageous
